1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale, on a subscription basis, of access to the online programme “The Luxury League” (hereinafter “the Programme”) by [company name, SIRET (French business registration number)] (hereinafter “the Seller”) to any individual (hereinafter “the Customer”).

2. Content of the Programme

The Programme is a 100% self-paced online service, made up of written lessons, templates, downloadable files and an artificial intelligence-based interview practice tool, accessible online from a member area. The Programme is a preparation tool: it does not in any way guarantee that you will obtain an internship, a work-study placement or a job, as the hiring decision rests exclusively with employers. The AI coach's responses are generated automatically and provided for practice purposes. The Programme does not include any individual support from a person.

3. Plans, prices and payment

The Programme is offered as a subscription (monthly, quarterly or six-monthly), the price of which, shown in euros including all taxes on the website at the time of subscription ([VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code, if micro-enterprise]), is charged at the start of each period via Stripe.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription carries no commitment beyond the current period. It renews automatically for a period of the same length unless cancelled. The Customer may cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from their member area (“Access and subscription” section > “Manage my subscription”). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, during which access is maintained. No pro rata refund is made for a period that has started.

5. Access

Access to the member area is provided immediately after payment is confirmed. It is personal and strictly reserved for the Customer: sharing the personal access link or the content is prohibited and may lead to access being suspended.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming their order and accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer requests immediate access to the Programme and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal.

7. Intellectual property

The Programme is protected by copyright. The Customer is granted a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited.

8. Liability

The Seller makes every effort to ensure the Programme is accessible, but cannot guarantee permanent availability, in particular of the AI tool, which relies on third-party services.

9. Complaints and mediation
